Utensils 2 cup 1 big bowl 1 blender 1 pair of rubber gloves 1 spoon 1pot 1 gas stove Ingredients 1 daikon 1/3 cup of Korean Fish Souce 1/2 cup of Red Pepper powder 1 galic 1 onion 1 spoon of glutinous rice powder 3 spoon of water 1 chive little amount of salt How to make? 1. Sprinkle salt on the daikon. 2. After 5hours, rinse the daikon in fresh water. 3. Put water and glutinous rice powder in the pot and boil. 4. Mix the Korean Fish Souce, Red Pepper powder, and glutinous rice glue(glutinous rice powder + water) 5. spread the Chong Gak Kimchi Marinade on the daikon. Finish!! |
